　　马鲁格的执着和热情感动了 教师珍（娜奥米·哈里斯 Naomie Harris 饰）却没能感动校方人员和广大家长，对于这样一个退役军人在一群小孩子的包围下重返课堂，反对的呼声统一而响亮。与此同时，珍也因为自己支持马鲁格的行为而受到了惩罚。看到帮助自己的善良人遭受了不公平的待遇，愤怒的马鲁格决定绝不屈服，他要向刻板的政府提出挑战。
